  • Caddies, trollies, golf transfers, restaurant bookings, local advice, and arranging non-golf activities are all part of the service.
  • We’ll work to the most convenient payment process for your party — either taking an overall payment or invoicing the golfers in your group individually.
  • We’re always here to help. So even once your trip is underway, you’ll always have a dedicated tour manager to contact for further assistance with any aspect of your trip.

Use our experience to guide you through the perfect planning of your golf trip.

Planning is all about knowing what comes next. Once we’ve agreed the itinerary for your bespoke golf break, we’ll be in touch when:

We request a deposit amount, to be paid in the next 14 days. We’ll need this to secure bookings for your trip. Deposits can be easily paid by bank transfer, securely online (via Stripe) or over the phone.

We send you your booking confirmation and ask about extras. Once your group has paid the deposit we’ll send you a booking confirmation for your trip in the next 5 -7 days. This is the best point to request any extras you might want, such as buggies, caddies, and electric trollies. The sooner we know the easier it is to arrange with the clubs!

We send you a balance reminder 70 days before your trip.  We’ll let you know your full balance is now due, and ask if there’s anything else we can do to help.

We’ll ask you to pay your balance within 7 days of your reminder.  This can be paid as a single invoice, or billed separately to each member of your group. The choice is yours.

We’ll issue you your trip vouchers.  Your trip vouchers can be used at hotels and golf clubs on your itinerary to verify your booking. Usually, you’ll only need to give your name.

You can get in touch with us anytime! For other bookings, recommendations, or general queries, you call us at any time before or during your trip. Enjoy an unforgettable UK golf tour.
